Simply put Odirect is a source of information, allowing you to go directly to any hotel, restaurant, self-catering venue (or any other type of venue) without diversion or distraction. The information is for the hospitality industry in the United Kingdom. It includes hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, self catering venues, wedding venues, conference venues, restaurants, golfing venues, tourist attractions and venues that have health and leisure facilities. It is free and simple to use. It works by listing (complete with all of the venues' details) everything that is known to Odirect in the UK about each venue.

Odirect offers a complete B2B system for the hospitality industry, allowing suppliers to find new customers and hospitality venues to find new suppliers. Odirect offers a Jobs page for venues looking for personnel, allowing venues to eliminate the expenses of hiring staff (or significantly reduce it).

Odirect does it through efficiency and nothing else. This efficiency is achieved through differing techniques which are principally computer based.
